AdFed Minnesota’s The Show – Gold + Silver

Lake Louie Brewing Co. came to us with a request: Give our 22-year-old beer brand a face lift that would appeal to a younger audience so that we can go toe-to-toe with the beer giants of Wisconsin.

Pretty simple, yeah?

Well, in order to start the renovation we needed to go all the way back and look at the brand’s foundation. Lake Louie Brewing Co. was named after the local pond the founder and his friends would go to skinny dip. Many years later, the founder took another insane dip: sinking his entire retirement account into a dozen barrels so he could pursue his true passion of brewing beer.

By leaning into the brand’s colorful history, we were able to create a new brand platform that saw Lake Louie shed it’s old clothes, toss them to the side, and tear off toward the end of the dock.

We used this as a guide to refresh the logo, packaging, and the overall vibe of how the brand carried themselves moving forward.
